The most effective way to do this is to run a workshop (or a series of workshops) with your bid team to uncover the value of your solution, your key messages and your strategies for beating the competition.
I can then help you apply these to your response by helping you storyboard the key questions / sections.
I can supplement your resources and provide support to Subject Matter Experts by providing bid writing support, either onsite or remotely, whichever is easiest for you. This covers both main submission content and assisting in writing a compelling Executive Summary.
I use best practice techniques to ensure your content is structured in a persuasive way and your bid achieves a good quality score.
Bid / submissions management
If you do not have the resources in house to manage your bid I can do this for you. I have experience of managing entire bids i.e. the quality, commercial and legal responses. I have recent experience working as the Submissions Manager on a multi £bn complex infrastructure bid, responsible for the quality submission, submission plan, bid strategy, all bid reviews and a team of bid writers.
I have provided a number of clients with both informal reviews and formal pink and / or red team reviews. This can be provided alongside any of the other services or as a standalone service.
Responses are reviewed, commented on and scored in line with the client's criteria, requirements and needs to ensure your response is aligned with these.
